Are you an experienced New Product Development Engineer looking for an exciting new opportunity with an expanding company in Warwick? We are looking for exceptional senior mechanical engineers with extensive product development experience to join our successful, dynamic technical team. You will have the chance to work alongside outstanding individuals on a diverse range of exciting and challenging projects, from well-known consumer products to novel transport solutions and safety-critical medical devices, knowing that your input can make a real difference to people's lives.
The package includes:
- Monday to Friday, 37-hour weeks based onsite, with half days on Fridays!
- Paying up to Β£55,000pa DOE, plus bonuses and weekly social activities including football, badminton, cycling, and much more!
What do you need?
- A degree in mechanical engineering.
- Medical manufacturing experience would be an advantage.
- Experience working in a product design or development environment.
- A track record of delivering exceptional results across wide-ranging projects.
- A track record of overseeing projects and client relations.
- Knowledge and experience in low volume rapid prototyping technologies as well as high volume processes such as injection moulding.
- To lead by example in setting standards with a "can do" attitude that inspires colleagues and clients.
