We have recently INCREASED our pay rates for Care Assistants and Support Workers and are currently recruiting experienced Health Care Assistants and Support Workers in West Sussex. Both day and night shifts are available across various locations including Emsworth, Chichester, Selsey, Bognor Regis, Worthing, Midhurst, and Petworth, in settings such as Residential, Nursing, and Learning Disability Homes.

Ideal candidates will be patient, kind, empathetic, and cheerful, with the ability to multitask and think quickly. Experience working with diverse backgrounds is preferred. Driving is not essential as most locations are accessible via good public transport routes.

We offer flexible working hours, allowing you to choose as much or as little work as you desire, providing great flexibility and continuity.
