Do you want the opportunity to work with a global company, who are highly renowned for the treatment of their staff? This is a great opportunity to work with a multi-national manufacturer of contact lenses, who are key players within the industry. With multiple sites located across the south coast, this is a fantastic opportunity to work as a production operative, that will kick start a new and exciting career! This role will see you working within a clean room environment, assisting with the manufacturing and production of contact lenses. This will involve being given the chance to work with state-of-the-art machines, and seeing the journey of manufacturing the lense from start to finish! This will include loading and unloading the raw materials, quality checking the lenses and eventually fault finding and fixing the machines! Ideally you will have some manufacturing/production experience, however full training is provided, and you are continually supported through-out. The role operates on a four on and four off rotating shift pattern, meaning you are only working 6 months out of the year! With both day and night shifts available, the hours run from 7am to 7pm (or visa versa) with 3 of paid breaks (and a half hour unpaid lunch) throughout to break up the day.
