As Factory General Manager, you will report directly to the Group Operations Manager and take full responsibility for site leadership, operational performance, and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leadership & Culture: Drive a high-performance culture, embedding company values and fostering a positive, engaged workforce.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement and monitor key performance metrics to ensure sustained improvements in efficiency, quality, and output.
  • Capital & Growth Strategy: Define long-term investment requirements to support continued business expansion.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead site-wide initiatives to enhance processes, reduce waste, and maximise productivity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic projects aligned with business goals.

We are looking for an experienced site leader with a strong background in FMCG (high-volume) manufacturing. You will be a strategic thinker, an inspirational people leader and a confident decision-maker with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
