We're seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to join Microsoft AI's Consumer Copilot organization in a strategic leadership role. You'll own the vision, strategy, and execution for key Copilot consumer experiences used at global scale. This is an opportunity to shape products that impact millions of users worldwide, working at the intersection of AI innovation and consumer product excellence. You'll collaborate closely with world-class Engineering, Design, Research, and Data Science teams to define what gets built, why it matters, and how success is measured.

The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of building successful consumer products, thrives in ambiguity, and has demonstrated experience driving product-market fit through data, customer insights, and rigorous experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define vision and roadmap for Consumer Copilot experiences
  • Prioritize investments based on customer needs, business goals, and market opportunities
  • Influence senior stakeholders on product direction and long-term strategy

Product Growth & Customer Impact

  • Analyze customer behavior and product performance to uncover insights
  • Identify opportunities to increase engagement, adoption, and retention
  • Use experimentation (A/B testing, pilots, iterations) to continuously improve outcomes

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner effectively with Engineering, Design, Research, and Data Science teams
  • Align teams across multiple geographies and time zones
  • Collaborate closely with US-based product leaders to drive unified execution

Product Execution

  • Drive end-to-end delivery from concept through launch
  • Lead product reviews, planning discussions, and prioritization decisions
  • Ensure launch readiness and execution excellence across all releases

Quality & Accountability

  • Define success metrics and KPIs that matter
  • Make data-informed decisions to optimize product impact
  • Hold teams accountable for delivering business and customer outcomes

Potential People Management

  • Lead Design and User Research functions (depending on final org design)
  • Coach and develop team members to maximize their impact
  • Allocate design and research resources effectively across initiatives

RequirementsMust-Have Skills

  • Proven track record leading consumer-facing products with significant user scale
  • Owned strategy, roadmap, and execution for major product areas
  • Successfully launched products from idea through release
  • Demonstrated ownership of product-market fit
  • Can identify customer problems and prioritize solutions effectively
  • Comfortable making high-quality decisions with incomplete information
  • Extensive experience working across Engineering, Design, Research, and Data Science
  • Ability to drive alignment among multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
  • Uses metrics and customer insights to guide product investments
  • Experience defining and measuring success through KPIs
  • Can present confidently to executives and senior leadership
  • Influences without authority across organizational boundaries

Experience Requirements

  • 10-15+ years total professional experience
  • 5+ years leading large-scale consumer products
