We are looking for a well-presented, proactive, and highly-experienced individual to join our team in Central London, W1 as a Weekend Night Porter. We are ideally seeking candidates who are experienced dealing with UHNW individuals and are passionate about providing outstanding customer service. This role will be crucial in ensuring residents feel safe during the night.
Shift pattern: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 19.00 - 7.00.
Reporting and salary:
- Reporting to: General Manager and Deputy Manager
- Salary: £28,690 PA
Duties and Requirements:
- Act as the first point of contact for residents during night hours, handling all enquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and discreet manner at all times.
- Conduct regular patrols throughout the building and grounds to ensure safety and security.
- Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and access control panels.
- Ensure all external doors and entry points remain secure.
- Undertake light cleaning duties in the reception area and common parts (e.g., wiping down surfaces, mopping up spills, removing litter) as required during the night shift.
- Ensure all communal areas remain tidy and presentable at all times.
- Experience in a similar night concierge, building caretaker, or security role within high-end residential environments preferred.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Professional presentation and conduct.
- Basic IT skills for record-keeping and communication.
- SIA License (Desirable).
- First Aid Certificate (preferred or willingness to undertake training).
- Good awareness of health and safety practices.
