Key Duties
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, vendors and buyers to deliver exceptional service
- Book appointments and conduct viewings with prospective buyers and tenants
- Negotiate and manage the offer process
- Canvass to generate new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to cross-sell additional products and services
Requirements
Essential
- Full UK Driving License and access to your own vehicle
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach
- Strong computer skills and ability to quickly adapt to new systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in a customer service role
Desirable
- Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential
