PMR is currently looking for Temporary Maintenance Operatives, to cover short term assignments across London for our clients. We supply holiday, sickness & other interim covers to the Residential industry, assisting luxury residential spaces with their long and short-term staffing needs. Due to an increase in demand for skilled Maintenance Operatives on a temporary basis, we are looking for those interested in working for us on a flexible basis. Whether this be in addition to another job, workflow during a quiet spell, alongside studies, or whilst you are currently out of work.

Rota: Various, Monday to Sunday offers

Rate: £15-17ph + Holiday Pay contribution

Locations: Various, London Postcodes

We are seeking the following skill sets:

- Experience in Residential Maintenance

- Experience in Hotel Maintenance

- Existing Trade Knowledge: Electrics, Plumbing, Painting, Carpentry

- Plant Room & BMS experience/knowledge

- Handyman Skill Set / Attitude

- Landscaping & Gardening Experience

- City & Guild Qualifications
