About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of high-quality developments, focusing on enhancing service delivery and shaping the future of our assets. This dynamic role is ideal for an experienced professional with a background in new builds, developmental projects, or major works, looking to refine operational procedures and drive measurable improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regular on-site presence in North West London to oversee operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and addressing any issues proactively.
- Supervise and support the Estate Manager, who will report directly to you, ensuring the highest standards across all sites.
- Manage the back-office aspects of property management, including oversight of service charges, compliance, and performance metrics.
