Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Residential Estate Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day management of a diverse residential estate portfolio. This role requires a confident property professional with strong experience in leasing, strong knowledge of a mixture of residential tenancies, and overseeing individual residential properties situated within larger estate environments.

The ideal candidate will combine excellent tenant management skills with strong organisational capabilities, ensuring the estate operates efficiently, compliantly, and to a consistently high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full management of individual residential properties across the estate, ensuring they are well‑maintained, secure, and compliant with all statutory requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, refurbishments, and capital improvement projects.
• Resolve tenancy matters promptly and professionally, fostering positive tenant relationships.

Skills & Experience Required

• Demonstrable experience in residential property or estate management, ideally within a rural, private, or heritage estate environment.
• Strong understanding of leasing processes and the management of protected or longstanding tenancies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and tenant relationship skills.
• Knowledge of relevant housing and property legislation.
• Proactive, organised, and capable of working autonomously.
