We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Resident Experience Assistant to join a vibrant residential community team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, creating engaging resident experiences, and helping to build a welcoming community environment within a modern residential development. You will play a key role in ensuring residents receive a first-class experience throughout their tenancy while supporting the day-to-day operations of the building.

About the Role

  • Building positive relationships with residents and creating a strong sense of community
  • Organising and hosting resident events, initiatives, and meet-and-greet sessions
  • Managing amenity spaces and ensuring communal areas are presented to a high standard
  • Handling rental enquiries, arranging and conducting viewings, and supporting the applicant process
  • Coordinating maintenance requests and contractor appointments
  • Supporting apartment inspections, check‑ins, and check‑outs
  • Assisting with rent arrears monitoring and reporting
  • Working closely with the wider onsite team to maintain health & safety compliance across the development

About You

  • A strong customer service background
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to problem‑solve and make considered decisions
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
  • Confidence using IT systems and social media platforms
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Experience within residential property, hospitality, lettings, or conducting property viewings would be advantageous but is not essential.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a residential setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong administration and organisational abilities
  • Professional and confident approach when interacting with residents, visitors, and contractors
  • Flexibility to work the required shift pattern
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
