We are recruiting for a Plumber to be based on a luxury residential site in SW London:
What You'll Do
- Carry out daily plumbing inspections and maintenance across the building according to the scheduler
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide quotes where required
- Undertake reactive plumbing tasks, including leak investigations, water tank cleaning, and other ad hoc maintenance
- Produce accurate job reports using the company's mobile app
- Drive safely around London and complete site visits efficiently
- Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times
- Support the team with multi-trade tasks as needed, including:
- Carpentry repairs (doors and windows)
- Basic locksmith tasks (adjusting locks and door closers)
- Roofing, guttering, and drainage repairs
- Small-scale decoration works, including flooring installation
- Signage installation
- One-off ad hoc maintenance tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Full UK clean driving licence (essential)
- Previous plumbing experience in a residential or commercial setting
- Knowledge of plumbing materials, tools, and methods
- Professional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and team-working skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
