We are recruiting for a Plumber to be based on a luxury residential site in SW London:

What You'll Do

  • Carry out daily plumbing inspections and maintenance across the building according to the scheduler
  • Diagnose plumbing issues and provide quotes where required
  • Undertake reactive plumbing tasks, including leak investigations, water tank cleaning, and other ad hoc maintenance
  • Produce accurate job reports using the company's mobile app
  • Drive safely around London and complete site visits efficiently
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times
  • Support the team with multi-trade tasks as needed, including:
  • Carpentry repairs (doors and windows)
  • Basic locksmith tasks (adjusting locks and door closers)
  • Roofing, guttering, and drainage repairs
  • Small-scale decoration works, including flooring installation
  • Signage installation
  • One-off ad hoc maintenance tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Full UK clean driving licence (essential)
  • Previous plumbing experience in a residential or commercial setting
  • Knowledge of plumbing materials, tools, and methods
  • Professional customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and team-working skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
