Night Concierge - Temp to Perm

Salary: £14.80 per hour (London Living Wage)
Hours: Friday & Saturday, 10pm-8am
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
We are looking for a professional and reliable Night Concierge to join a residential development in London W9 on a Friday and Saturday night shift pattern, with the opportunity to move into a permanent position for the right person.
The Role
Working as part of the front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing a professional and welcoming service to residents and visitors, while ensuring the building is secure and well-presented throughout the night.
Duties will include:

Providing a professional and friendly front-of-house service to residents and visitors

Monitoring access to the building and following site security procedures

Carrying out regular checks and patrols of the building

Responding to resident and visitor queries during the night
-
Monitoring CCTV and reporting any issues appropriately

Assisting with deliveries and other general concierge duties

Completing handovers and maintaining accurate records

Reporting any maintenance, security or health & safety concerns

Ensuring the reception and communal areas remain clean, tidy and presentable

Working closely with the wider onsite team
About You
The successful candidate will be:

Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic

Professional, well presented and confident dealing with residents

Friendly and approachable, with excellent customer service skills

Comfortable working independently during night shifts

Vigilant and security-conscious

A good communicator with a proactive attitude

Previous concierge, front-of-house, security or residential experience is desirable
