Start Date: ASAP

Hours of Duty: Thursday 5:30pm-2am, Friday 5:30pm-2am, Saturday 5:30pm-2am.

Responsible To: House Manager. Bank holidays not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Assume a residential on-site role and provide a point of contact for the residents and their needs.
  • Ensure that the property is run smoothly and provide a security presence and administration assistance where necessary.
  • Predominantly situated at the main reception desk; expected to be at the main reception desk for the majority of the working day.
  • Perform errands and assist the residents where necessary.
  • Lock gates and doors and set alarms at the end of each shift as directed by the House Manager.
  • Provide all necessary services to the residents as per the instructions of senior management.
  • Communicate efficiently with all other members of staff, the residents, guests, and onsite contractors.
  • Welcome residents and guests to the property and open the door on arrival and exit.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the reception area and common parts at all times.
  • Respond proactively to resident requests, always in a timely and polite manner.
  • During working hours, located at the reception desk except when carrying out any required work within the building.
  • Carry out inspections/patrols of the common areas of the building, ensuring the property is kept clean and tidy and that all electrical appliances are in good working condition at all times.
  • While manning the main reception desk, carry out a variety of administration and office tasks.
