Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and professional Part-Time Concierge to provide on-site support at a residential property. This hands-on role will combine front-of-house duties with light cleaning, bin disposal, and porter tasks to ensure the property runs smoothly and residents\’ needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for residents, guests, and contractors.

Welcome residents and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

Maintain cleanliness and comfort of the reception area and communal areas.

Carry out light cleaning and bin disposal duties, ensuring all areas remain tidy and presentable.

Respond promptly and politely to resident requests and queries.

Perform porter duties, including carrying luggage/packages, running errands, and assisting residents where required.

Receive, log, and distribute mail and deliveries.

Monitor building security and control access as needed.

Conduct inspections of communal areas and report maintenance or health & safety issues.

Assist with communal lighting checks and minor replacements in line with Health & Safety regulations.

Carry out additional duties as directed, adopting a hands-on and flexible approach.
Person Specification:

Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, or residential services.

Confident, discreet, and able to take ownership of tasks when working alone.
