We are looking for an Office Manager for a busy and professional property consultancy's Head office; the role will also perform PA duties for the property management team. This is a fast-paced, office-based role where you'll act as a key point of contact at senior level, combining high-level PA support with full responsibility for the smooth running of the office environment.

The Role

  • Provide comprehensive PA support to senior management, including complex diary management, meeting coordination and board reporting.
  • Act as the first point of contact for senior stakeholders, handling matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including facilities, suppliers, office systems and administration.
  • Coordinate starters and leavers, inductions, equipment and access.
  • Support internal projects, staff events and business continuity activity.

About You

  • Proven experience as a senior PA or Office Manager supporting executives in a complex, fast-moving environment.
  • Highly organised, confident multitasker with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Comfortable dealing with confidential information and senior stakeholders.
  • Professional, proactive and personable, with strong communication skills.
  • You should be able to demonstrate career stability in a high-pressured, corporate environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office suite.
