The Role

We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join the team. The primary responsibility of this role is the daily distribution of work across the administration group, ensuring tasks are allocated efficiently and the team operates smoothly. Alongside this, you will provide general administrative support across the business on an ad hoc basis. This is a hands-on, coordinator style role that would suit someone who enjoys being at the centre of day-to-day operations, takes ownership of their responsibilities and can manage competing priorities without dropping the ball.

Key Responsibilities

  • Distribute daily workload across the admin team, ensuring tasks are allocated appropriately and completed in a timely manner
  • Monitor workflow and flag any capacity issues or backlogs to the relevant manager
  • Provide general administrative support across the business as required
  • Maintain organised CRM systems
  • Handle incoming correspondence, emails and phone calls, directing them to the right person
  • Support the team with data entry, document preparation and record keeping
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as directed

  • Some previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Well organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively
