We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Resident Services Associate to join our Front of House team. This pivotal role is responsible for delivering an exceptional resident experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation and presentation of the building. This is a Part Time role working 25 hours a week on a 3pm-8pm, with the requirement to work 1 Saturday every 3 weeks.
About the Role
- Deliver exceptional front-line customer service to residents and visitors in person, over the phone and in writing.
- Carry out front of house duties including meet & greet, reception services, parcel handling, inspections, lettings viewings and ad-hoc resident support tasks.
- Ensure resident move-in and move-out processes are completed smoothly, including property checks and inspections.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the resident experience and improve service delivery.
- Organise, host and attend resident events and community initiatives.

Requirements
- Previous experience within the residential property, hospitality, travel & tourism or customer service sectors.
- Strong understanding of customer service delivery within a front-facing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to remain positive, resilient and solutions-focused in a busy environment.
Desirable Skills & Qualifications
- Experience within Build to Rent, property management or residential operations.
- Awareness and understanding of Health & Safety requirements within residential or commercial properties.
- Experience supporting or coordinating private/business events.
- Qualifications in property, hospitality or customer service.
- Experience using property management or CRM software systems.
