Night concierge (With driving license)


19.00 - 07.00 Four nights on/Four nights off


The Concierge is the very first member of staff that residents and their guests meet upon arrival.
You will be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents and their guests and it will be your duty to create memorable experiences. You will need to have a strong passion for delivering great service in a professional manner and be able to work well under pressure.


Duties include:
* Deliver unparalleled level of service in an intuitive and bespoke manner and be an ambassador.
* Greet residents and their guests upon arrival, as well as looking after their safety and comfort.
* Manage all calls from residents and answer all emails in a timely fashion.
* Manage all booking requests for communal facilities and manage the housekeeping teams to ensure rooms are prepped for use and cleaned afterwards.
* Organise any postal requirements on behalf of residents.


Requirements:
* Previous experience within 5-star Hotel or super-prime residential
* Must have good organizational skills, excellent communication skills and customer service skills, and good understanding of Health and Safety
* Service driven, understand the importance of going the extra mile.
* Experience dealing with high-net-worth clients.
* Clean UK or EU driving license held for no less than two years, & must be over the age of 25 for insurance purposes to assist with valet service (parking and retrieving of cars).
