About our client

Our client is a property maintenance company working with leasehold managing agents and freeholders across London. They handle reactive and planned maintenance on residential properties, and they're looking to expand their team.

The role

You'll be working on a variety of residential projects across central, east and south London, carrying out plastering, rendering, general building and carpentry work. You'll respond to maintenance requests from managing agents and leaseholders, working on both reactive jobs and planned maintenance schedules. A company van is provided to minimise travel time and ensure you can get to sites quickly. The work is consistent and well-established.

What you'll be doing

  • Carry out plastering and rendering works to a high standard
  • Undertake general building work including carpentry, remedial works and associated trades
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from managing agents and leaseholders
  • Work safely and maintain Health & Safety standards across all sites

Skills and experience

Essential
  • Proven experience in plastering and rendering
  • General building and carpentry skills, either specialist or multi-skilled
  • Reliable, professional approach and strong H&S awareness
  • Based in or willing to travel regularly to central, east or south London
Desirable
  • Previous experience working with managing agents or in the leasehold sector
  • Experience managing multiple jobs and responding to reactive maintenance
