We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to be part of the Repairs and Maintenance team, responsible for coordinating and scheduling operatives to ensure repair works are delivered efficiently and meet agreed service standards. It is a fast‑paced, operational position with a strong emphasis on delivering excellent customer service. Please note this role is not permanent and will be on a temporary basis.
Rate: £13.42 p.h (PAYE)
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days from home (working hours TBC)
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and managing operatives' diaries to meet KPIs
- Scheduling responsive repairs efficiently
- Maintaining and updating scheduling systems
- Liaising with customer service teams on appointments and updates
- Handling queries (phone/email) in line with service standards
- Supporting subcontractor coordination and raising purchase orders
- Ensuring GDPR compliance and accurate record keeping
- Monitoring workloads to maximise productivity
