We are seeking an organised and detail focused Senior Leasing Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of lettings and renewals, from initial offer through to lease execution. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for tenants, answering queries and supporting them throughout the process to ensure a smooth experience.
You will also handle requests such as contract variations, changes to services or notice periods, making sure all updates are accurately recorded in the property management system. This includes overseeing onboarding tasks such as raising charges, updating dates, and maintaining clear notes as deals progress.
Alongside your core responsibilities, you'll play an important part in supporting wider business functions, including assisting the finance team when needed.
