The role

They're looking for a senior property manager to take ownership of a portfolio in South London and grow it aggressively as the business scales. You'll have real autonomy to shape how the portfolio develops, backed by a business that's serious about investing in its team.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing a portfolio of residential blocks, with scope to grow it significantly over time
  • Acting as the main point of contact for leaseholders, freeholders and RMCs/RTMs
  • Overseeing Section 20 consultations, service charge budgets and year-end accounts
  • Managing contractor procurement and site inspections across your portfolio
  • Building relationships with clients and stakeholders to support the wider growth of the business
  • Working closely with the wider team to maintain high standards of service delivery

Skills and experience

Essential

  • MTPI qualification
  • Proven experience managing residential block portfolios
  • Strong working knowledge of service charge budgeting and Section 20 processes
  • Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of a portfolio

Desirable

  • Experience with HRBs (High-Rise Buildings)
  • Experience growing or scaling a portfolio
