- Caretaker Role
- Site Address: Waddon House – 283 Stafford Road, CR0 4FA
- Days/Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4:00pm
- Daily/Weekly Duties
- Daily walk around to check good order throughout site, buildings, and car park. Report anything found.
- Cyclical cleaning of all 4 buildings, on rotation. Includes hoovering, dusting and polishing, lifts and staircases.
- Keep garage clear of rubbish and obstruction.
- Maintain good outside appearance, sweep outside building, clear litter.
- Take bins from all 4 bin stores to main road for collection.
- Return bins back in after collection.
- Maintain clean and tidy bin stores, checking daily for spillage and bulky waste dumping.
- Resident first point of contact on site.
- Visual checks on fire safety equipment, drainage and security entry systems.
- Ad Hoc Duties
- Cleaning anything that arises unexpectedly on site or in buildings/bin sheds.
- Minor repairs.
- Make areas safe if damage is found.
- Inspect larger/serious issues to inform engineers/workmen.
- Clear drainage and guttering within reach.
- Watering gardens in hot weather.
- Assist engineers with access and other minor works.
- Add notices to vehicles parked in wrong space.
- Assist office with information when needed.
- Check all aspects of the building to report any issues found or repair within your capacity.
