We are looking for an Office Manager for a busy and professional property consultancy's Head office; the role will also perform PA duties for the property management team. This is a fast-paced, office-based role where you'll act as a key point of contact at senior level, combining high-level PA support with full responsibility for the smooth running of the office environment.
The Role
- Provide comprehensive PA support to senior management, including complex diary management, meeting coordination and board reporting.
- Act as the first point of contact for senior stakeholders, handling matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including facilities, suppliers, office systems and administration.
- Coordinate starters and leavers, inductions, equipment and access.
- Support internal projects, staff events and business continuity activity.
About You
- Proven experience as a senior PA or Office Manager supporting executives in a complex, fast-moving environment.
- Highly organised, confident multitasker with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Comfortable dealing with confidential information and senior stakeholders.
- Professional, proactive and personable, with strong communication skills.
- You should be able to demonstrate career stability in a high-pressured, corporate environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite.
