Our client is recruiting for a Live-In Head Porter in Central London.
Accommodation: 1 Bedroom Apartment
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm & Saturdays 09.30am-11am
Job Duties:
- Supervise contractors to the building, cleaners, electricians etc.
- Undertake daily inspections of the building and flag any issues with the Managing Agent for reactive work.
- Keep accurate logs of visitors to the building for both security & H&S.
- Reviewing CCTV, particularly after the weekend.
- Logging and keeping safe record of keys. Not to be released out of hours or without consent.
- Recording and dealing with post and parcels.
- Ensuring Health & Safety items are dealt with and logged accordingly and work closely with Principia.
- Supervise cleaners (rotas) and onsite handyman.
- Cleaning grounds to ensure all paths are trip hazard free.
- Refuse collection daily from outside the apartments to be placed in the communal bins for Council collection.
- Report to the Managing Agent at the end of the week with weekly activity.
- Emergency use of Defibrillator (training will be provided).
- Fob programming and deactivation.
