We are recruiting for an Assistant Property Manager to play a key role in the day to day management, maintenance and compliance of a residential property portfolio. This is a Monday to Friday 9-5:30 role based fully on site, no remote working.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day maintenance issues across let properties
  • Supporting tenancy start and end processes, including inspections, safety compliance, deposit administration, check-ins, check-outs, and variation orders
  • Carrying out property, building, and fire door inspections (training provided)
  • Undertaking reception and administrative duties, including document management, invoicing, key control, and use of the QUBE property management system

About you:

  • You will have some prior experience in property management and a genuine interest in developing your career in residential property.
  • A confident and professional communicator, both written and verbal
  • Approachable, cheerful, and customer-focused
  • IT competent and comfortable using property management systems

Key Requirements:

  • Some experience in residential property management
  • Basic understanding of tenancy legislation and deposit procedures
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Willingness to work towards a Propertymark qualification
