Our client is seeking a proactive and hands-on Accommodation Manager to take ownership of a modern, fully occupied student accommodation scheme in West London. Working closely with residents, contractors, and a small on-site team, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the property, ensuring an excellent resident experience while maintaining high standards across customer service, compliance, occupancy, and presentation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy and wants to make a real impact within a growing student accommodation business. You'll have the chance to take ownership of your site, lead a close-knit team, and help create a positive living environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of a student accommodation scheme
  • Lead and support a close-knit on-site team
  • Deliver an excellent resident experience and respond to queries effectively
  • Drive occupancy through property viewings and strong customer service
  • Build relationships with residents, universities, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Monitor occupancy, arrears, customer satisfaction, and compliance performance
  • Coordinate maintenance works and ensure the property is safe, compliant, and well-presented

Your Requirements

  • Experience within residential, PBSA, BTR, hospitality, or a similar customer-focused environment
  • Experience leading teams and managing contractors
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident working independently and making decisions on site
  • Commercial awareness with an understanding of occupancy and resident satisfaction
  • Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
