We're looking for a confident, sales driven Lettings Assistant to join a growing BTR team. This role is perfect for someone who loves meeting people, enjoys showing beautiful homes and can quickly turn enquiries into successful move ins.

What you'll be doing:

  • Handling incoming enquiries and booking viewings
  • Leading in-person and virtual tours
  • Converting viewings into lets efficiently
  • Managing referencing and tenancy paperwork
  • Supporting move-ins, check-ins and check-outs
  • Keeping listings updated across online platforms
  • Helping residents with day-to-day queries and maintaining great customer service
  • Working closely with the wider on-site team to keep everything running smoothly

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in BTR, PBSA or traditional lettings/agency
  • Strong sales ability with confidence in closing deals
  • Great communication skills and a warm, professional approach
  • Organised, proactive and good with admin
  • Comfortable using IT systems and quick to learn new software
  • Someone positive, collaborative, and eager to grow in the sector

Package:

  • Salary: £25,000 + Company Benefits
  • Hours: 10am-7pm (32 paid hours per week)
  • Days: Tues, Wed, Fri & Sat
  • 20 days annual leave
  • Start date: ASAP
  • On site role in London
