Start: ASAP

Salary: £30,160.00 per annum

Hourly rate: £14.50

Hours: 40 hours per week

Work pattern: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with a one-hour unpaid break

AL entitlement: 20 days - Does NOT work BH

Job Summary

To oversee and manage all cleaning operations, ensuring the highest standards are maintained at all times. To supervise cleaning staff across residential, concierge, amenities, gym, and pool areas. To ensure smooth day-to-day delivery of services.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • To manage and supervise all cleaning staff across the site, ensuring full coverage and high performance.
  • To oversee cleaning operations across:
  • Residential areas and communal spaces
  • Concierge and resident amenities
  • To ensure cleaning is delivered in line with agreed schedules and frequencies.
  • To carry out regular inspections of all areas and ensure standards are consistently met.
  • To manage staff rotas, attendance, and holiday/sickness cover.
  • To train and support staff, ensuring correct use of equipment and adherence to procedures.
  • To ensure compliance with Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
  • To maintain stock control of cleaning materials and equipment.
  • To liaise with the Account Manager, Health & Safety Manager, and Managing Agent.
  • To report maintenance issues, hazards, and incidents promptly.
  • To ensure excellent presentation and cleanliness across all internal and external areas.
  • To step in operationally where required.

    Experience Required

    • Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory role
