The Role
- Support the smooth and efficient processing of claims from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clear communication with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and process a high volume of claims daily, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.
- Review, evaluate and determine the validity of claims in line with company policies.
- Provide clear, courteous and timely responses to clients and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and organised digital records for all claims handled.
- Ensure full adherence to internal policies, regulatory standards and industry guidelines.
- Liaise collaboratively with colleagues across departments to support smooth workflow.
- Contribute insights to improve processes and service levels within the claims team.
- Participate in ongoing training and stay up to date with any process or system changes.
The Person
We are seeking diligent, organised individuals who can maintain high standards while managing competing priorities.
You will have:
- A Levels or an equivalent Level 3 qualification (a law degree is desirable but not essential).
- Experience in a claims-handling role, ideally within bulk or high-volume claims.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks professionally.
- A confident, clear and polite communication style.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
