Are you a senior lettings leader ready to step into a role with real ownership and scale?

We\’re looking for a Divisional Manager to lead leasing strategy and performance across a growing Build to Rent single-family housing portfolio. You\’ll be accountable for lease-up success, occupancy growth, and conversion performance, while shaping a standout resident journey from first enquiry to move-in.

Your focus will be on:

  • Driving occupancy & revenue across multiple communities
  • Managing and motivating third-party sales and leasing agents
  • Mobilising new developments from handover through lease-up
  • Aligning marketing, pricing & leasing activity with brand and market demand
  • Creating seamless move-in experiences that convert renters into long-term residents
  • Using data and reporting to optimise leasing performance and NOI

You\’ll lead and develop high-performing leasing and on-site teams, working closely with operations and asset teams to ensure homes lease quickly, residents stay longer, and communities perform.

Why this role?

  • Senior, strategic leasing‑led position
  • Fast-growing BTR platform with long‑term career progression
  • Autonomy to shape leasing strategy at divisional level
  • Strong benefits including private healthcare from day one

If you\’re a BTR lettings expert ready to move beyond site-level leasing into a portfolio-wide leadership role, we\’d love to hear from you.
