Our Client is looking for an experience Concierge based in Sheffield
Hours : Mon-Thurs - 0700-1600 Fri - 0700-1500 - 1-hour unpaid break
Salary : 30,420.00pa
Provide a professional front-of-house service, delivering excellent customer service while ensuring the safe, secure, and efficient day-to-day operation of the reception, communal areas, and leisure facilities. Carry out routine safety, compliance, maintenance, and administrative duties to support the smooth running of the development.
Resident & Reception Services
- Welcome residents and visitors in a professional manner.
- Handle enquiries, parcels, and resident requests, escalating issues when required.
- Maintain reception, lobby, and communal areas to a high standard.
- Manage key control and resident information in line with GDPR.
Building & Site Management
- Conduct daily inspections of communal areas and report defects or health & safety concerns.
- Support cleaners, caretakers, and contractors as needed.
- Carry out minor maintenance and caretaker duties, including bin management, litter picking, grit spreading, and paint touch-ups.
Leisure Facilities
- Complete daily pool and gym checks, including water testing, safety inspections, and cleanliness.
- Ensure pool rules and health & safety procedures are followed.
- Maintain records of inspections, incidents, and compliance checks.
Security & Administration
- Monitor CCTV, supervise contractor access, and report suspicious activity.
- Complete daily logs, maintenance reports, incident reports, and shift handovers.
- Follow emergency procedures and complete all required training and compliance requirements.
Person Specification
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Good organisation and time management.
- Able to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
- IT literate (email, MS Office, digital logs).
- Professional appearance and high standards of personal presentation.
Desirable
- Experience in residential, concierge, or leisure environments.
- SIA licence.
- First Aid qualification.
- Knowledge of pool water testing or COSHH procedures.
