We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Resident Services Associate to join our Front of House team. This pivotal role is responsible for delivering an exceptional resident experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation and presentation of the building. This is a Part Time role working 25 hours a week on a 3pm-8pm, with the requirement to work 1 Saturday every 3 weeks.

About the Role:

  • Deliver exceptional front-line customer service to residents and visitors in person, over the phone and in writing.
  • Carry out front of house duties including meeting and greeting residents and visitors.
