We are on the lookout for an experienced caretaker for a site based in East London E16.
Salary: currently at £23,836.38
Hours of duty: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm, 1 hour unpaid
Responsible to: Estate Manager
Benefits: 1 day birthday paid leave, 1.5x overtime and 4% employer pension
Duties include:
- Cleaning the communal areas inside and outside.
- Rotating the bins in the bin store and manual handling large bins to the refuse collection areas in a timely manner.
- Undertaking regular building patrols.
- Hoovering carpets, cleaning any glass surfaces, litter picking, sweeping the courtyard area, compacting large volumes of cardboard and jet washing floors.
- Bin Tug duties, must have a UK Drivers license to complete tasks.
Ideal candidates will have previous Caretaker or Cleaning experience working in residential or a similar environment and must have a UK Drivers License.
