We are supporting a leading BTR residential operator in the search for a Building Safety & FM Coordinator. This role will be primarily based at Head Office, with travel across multiple residential sites as required.
The Role
You will support the coordination of building safety, compliance and facilities management activities across a residential portfolio, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard and meet statutory requirements.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience within a residential property environment (essential)
- Experience in facilities management, building safety or compliance coordination
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety and statutory compliance
- Experience liaising with contractors and service providers
- NEBOSH General Certificate or IOSH qualification (preferred)
- Strong organisational and communication skills

£47,000 salary
37.5 hours per week (09:00-17:30)
25 days holiday + bank holidays
