Reporting to Senior Property Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio of mixed-use developments, acting as main contact for residents and contractors while driving day-to-day management and long-term planning.
You will oversee high-risk buildings, lead Section 20 consultations, manage budgets and service charges, supervise Associate Property Managers, and drive compliance across the portfolio.
