We are recruiting for an Assistant Property Manager to play a key role in the day to day management, maintenance and compliance of a residential property portfolio. This is a Monday to Friday 9-5:30 role based fully on site, no remote working.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage day to day maintenance issues across let properties
- Supporting tenancy start and end processes, including inspections, safety compliance, deposit administration, check-ins, check-outs, and variation orders
- Carrying out property, building, and fire door inspections (training provided)
- Undertaking reception and administrative duties, including document management, invoicing, key control, and use of the QUBE property management system
About you:
- You will have some prior experience in property management and a genuine interest in developing your career in residential property.
- A confident and professional communicator, both written and verbal
- Approachable, cheerful, and customer-focused
- IT competent and comfortable using property management systems
Key Requirements:
- Some experience in residential property management
- Basic understanding of tenancy legislation and deposit procedures
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Willingness to work towards a Propertymark qualification
