Job Description
What you'll be doing
You'll work alongside some of the industry's leading Digital Buildings consultants on projects ranging from global technology companies and data centres to commercial real estate and complex smart buildings.
Typical work includes:
- Working directly with global clients
- Reviewing existing building systems and identifying improvements
- Governing the delivery of Digital Building solutions
- Developing smart building strategies
- Integrating BMS, IoT and enterprise systems
- Producing technical designs and documentation
- Helping shape future smart building standards
What makes this role different?
This isn't another service engineer position.
You'll move beyond commissioning and maintenance into consulting, design and client advisory work.
You'll learn how global organisations design, standardise and deploy Digital Buildings across entire property portfolios.
You'll work with experienced consultants who will help accelerate your technical and professional development.

You probably have around 3-8 years' experience and are looking for the next step in your career.
What you'll bring
- Around 3-8 years' experience in Digital Buildings, BMS or Controls
- A genuine interest in technology
- The ability to work with clients and multidisciplinary teams
- A degree is welcome but not essential if you've built strong industry experience.
