  • Test, validate, and troubleshoot application drivers across a range of IoT devices and gateways.
  • Collaborate with device manufacturers to support driver development, improve compliance, and resolve integration issues.
  • Manage and maintain devices in an IoT testing lab, including physical installation, setup, configuration, and lifecycle management.
  • Support MSIs with deployment of compliant solutions and onboarding of building systems to Cloud Platforms.
  • Identify defects, suggest improvements, and support feature validation.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data privacy policies in data transfer and cloud storage.
  • Implement encryption, authentication, and access control measures to protect building and operational data.
  • Analyze system data to generate insights on performance, sustainability, and operations.
  • Prepare detailed reports on building operations for stakeholders.
  • Liaise with IT, facility management, and operations teams to understand building system requirements and constraints.
  • Provide technical support and training to on-site staff on cloud-based building management tools.
  • Conduct pre- and post-onboarding testing to validate data integrity and system performance.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to data transmission, system compatibility, and network connectivity.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of onboarding processes, system configurations, and cloud settings.
  • Generate regular reports on onboarding status, system performance, and key metrics.
