  • Supporting internal practice development across infrastructure and workforce change.
  • Demonstrating EY values through day-to-day behaviours and contributing to the EY Infrastructure community through active engagement, attending community events and seeking to drive learning and cross-service line collaboration.

Skills and attributes for success include:

  • An understanding of, and interest in, the UK Infrastructure sector.
  • Experience working in industry, government or a management consultancy environment.
  • Experience contributing to change management approaches that improve performance, engagement, and adoption.
  • Ability to work at pace, managing multiple priorities and deliver well under pressure.
  • Comfortable working in virtual and hybrid environments.
  • Strong communication and internal and external (client) stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A collaborative mindset, particularly in supporting and developing junior colleagues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build credibility with clients and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of one or more of the following sectors is preferred: Energy, Government, Transport, Power and Utilities.
  • Awareness of relevant technologies and their organisational implications, including ERP systems, AI, data, RPA, IoT, and people-experience technologies.
