The opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team in a pivotal role that supports the strategy execution of our insights domain recognizing the commercial importance and scale of the ambition to deliver greater external impact through improved insight and research. The Insights Strategy Execution Senior Specialist will help convene and drive collaboration across a variety of projects and programs to help strengthen our brand, fuel market eminence, and boost overall EY distinctiveness and enable generating demand and deal origination by insight driven go to market. The position reports to the Global Insights Strategy and Execution leader. This is a permanent role.
Your key responsibilities
- Assist Insights leadership in implementing Insights initiatives and strategies, focusing on driving transformational changes and enhancements within the Insights team that align with and respond to changing business requirements.
- Assist Insights leadership in devising and implementing global insights activation campaigns, working with the other C&I domains and collaborating across Regions and Sectors.
- Collaborate with Operations (Core and Strategic) to ensure efficient daily management of the overall budget, resource distribution, and performance monitoring, as well as team communications and forums, and of our key processes.
- Work closely with vendors and Technology and Enablement to ensure EY takes advantage of rapidly evolving technology and analytics capabilities to innovate and continuously advance the development and delivery of research and insight, enhancing efficiency and speed to market, in particular AI Team across Clients & Industries pillars and at Super Region level; be a voice of Insights, teaming on initiatives, events or delivery that impact Industry, Sector and priority accounts.
- Connect and collaborate in cross C&I Industry initiatives, exchanging ideas and best practice to ensure data-driven insights play a central role in delivering a unique client experience, and insight-led sales strategies help us better understand client needs, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty.
Skills and attributes for success
- Proven experience in insights strategy, research, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of client needs and market dynamics.
- Ability to execute across the whole of EY through relationships with key stakeholders.
- A high level of complex, conceptual problem-solving ability, versatile and adaptable, and capable of influencing change and managing stakeholder networks.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously through highly effective prioritization and project management.
- A global mindset and ability to communicate and work effectively across cultures.
- Demonstrated drive, determination and resilience, and track record of being able to overcome barriers and achieve results.
- An understanding of and desire to strive for profitable growth and commercial impact.
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent qualification required.
- 8+ years current experience with EY or Global Professional Services firm track record.
- As the job involves responding to clients' needs and varying time zones, flexibility to work extended hours.
