The PE portfolio tax team at EY works alongside the M&A tax and funds tax teams to deliver a comprehensive, integrated tax service to PE funds and their portfolio companies. We are passionate about advising clients throughout the investment lifecycle, addressing tax opportunities and risks while building strong relationships with management teams and supporting them through to exit. We are seeking exceptional candidates who share this passion and determination to join our team.
Key responsibilities- Building and maintaining tax relationships with CFOs, financial controllers and heads of tax at private equity backed clients.
- Ensuring we provide the highest levels of service to our clients through the timely production of high quality tax deliverables.
- Considering the use of AI and incorporating into the provision of our tax services.
- Being an active part of the portfolio companies tax team, contributing to the strategy and management of the team.
- Building networks and personal relationships both internally and externally.
- Developing junior team members through coaching and mentoring.
- Assisting partners and directors with the origination of tax opportunities on new and existing clients.
