As an auditor at EY, you will play a pivotal role in providing independent verification of our clients’ adherence to accounting principles. Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead fieldwork and keep engagement managers informed on audit progress.
- Provide accurate reporting on financial statements, offering valuable insights into accounting and reporting matters.
- Execute audit processes and document higher-risk areas to enhance your technical and business acumen.
- Engage with clients, delivering authoritative advice and professionalism throughout transactions.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:
- Proven experience in delivering and reporting on external audits.
- Experience in UK Government & UK Public Sector.
- Full qualification as a chartered accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CA, ICAS, ICAEW) or an international equivalent.
- Exposure to non-financial services industries.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
- Knowledge of current market issues in the UK.
- Familiarity with SOX 404 and application of UK GAAP and IFRS.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
