Account Manager
We ae delighted to once again be recruiting on behalf of this highly respected independent, Regional Builders Merchant as they seek to expand their field sales team with the appointment of an Account Manager in the Ringwood/Salisbury area.
Account Manager Role
- Take ownership of an established customer base across Ringwood, Salisbury and the surrounding areas.
- Develop key relationships, grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Win new business through a proactive, personality led and commercially focused approach.
Our ideal candidate will have
- Proven sales experience within builders' merchants or building materials.
- A strong understanding of the local customer base and market.
- A natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
As our Account Manager you will enjoy
- OTE up to £60,000.
- Company car or car allowance.
- Profit share bonus, with 12.5% of the company's net profit shared among employees.
