We are partnering with a leading manufacturer in the ventilation and air movement sector to appoint an M&E Specification Manager covering the North of England. This role will focus on building and influencing specifications across the commercial and residential markets. You will engage with senior stakeholders across M&E consulting and contracting organisations, influencing product specifications at an early project stage and managing a pipeline across both new and existing accounts.

The Role

  • Develop and execute a specification strategy across commercial and residential sectors
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships within M&E consultancies, contractors, and subcontractors
  • Influence specifications at design stage to secure route-to-market opportunities
  • Deliver CPD presentations and technical product training to design and engineering teams

Our ideal candidate

  • Proven M&E Specification Manager or similar specification-focused sales experience
  • Strong understanding of the commercial and/or residential construction supply chain
  • Established network of senior M&E contacts across the North of England
  • Confident communicator able to present at director and partner level
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing a territory autonomously
  • Full UK driving licence required
