Sales Acquisition Manager in Haywards Heath

We're working with a growing brand in the Interiors & Home Improvements market, and we're looking for a Sales Manager who knows how to open doors, build relationships and turn conversations into commercial opportunities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, personable sales professional who enjoys being out in the market, meeting customers and having real ownership of their results.

The Role - Sales Manager

• Build and grow relationships with retailers, installers and designers, showcasing an exciting range of products and their benefits.
• Own your territory - manage your own diary, plan customer visits and take full responsibility for delivering agreed sales targets.
• Drive new business and growth, using CRM and sales tracking tools to manage your pipeline and keep your activity on track.

What We're Looking For

• Sales experience within interiors, home improvements, construction or a related sector - most importantly, you'll have the personality and drive to succeed.
• A natural relationship builder with confidence, energy and the ability to make a lasting impression with customers.
• Someone self-motivated and commercially driven, who enjoys working autonomously and wants to make their mark in a growing business.

As Sales Manager, What's In It For You?

• £35,000-£40,000 basic salary + uncapped bonus, with a realistic OTE of £50,000+.
