Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver the UK sales strategy across major national accounts
- Build and develop relationships with key retailers, distributors and buying groups
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within surfaces and worktops
- Manage, mentor and drive performance of the sales team
Qualifications
- Experience working in a similar Group Sales Director, Sales Director or senior commercial leadership position
- Background within surfaces, worktops, KBB or aligned sectors
- Proven success managing and winning major national accounts
- Strong leadership, commercial and relationship-building skills
