The Role Overview

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience working as an Engineering Team Leader or in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing or R&D environment
  • Strong CAD experience with a track record of owning product design and development projects end-to-end
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop engineers directly, driving performance and engagement
  • Background within ventilation, HVAC, air handling, or a related engineering sector is highly desirable
