We are working with a fast‑growing, specialist CRM provider working within the KBB & Home‑Improvement sectors helping companies elevate their operations and accelerate their growth by streamlining the sales process utilising expert industry knowledge.
Now looking to appoint an outgoing Customer Success Manager we are looking to find someone who can:
- Build long‑lasting relationships with customers within the KBB & Home‑Improvements industry
- Understand the sales process within these industries, and the frustrations within them (ideally our candidate will come from these sectors)
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, CRM or SaaS with a customer‑first mindset
In the role of Customer Success Manager you will focus on:
- Building strong relationships with KBB and Home‑Improvement customers, ensuring they get maximum value from the CRM system
- Onboarding, training and supporting customers, acting as their main point of contact throughout the journey
- Proactively managing customer success, identifying opportunities to improve usage, retention and long‑term satisfaction
